In-store purchases: We offer exchanges on full price items within 14 days of original purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Items can be exchanged or a store credit will be given.
Where an item is found to be faulty a full refund will be given.
All sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged except where an item is found to be faulty. Items must be returned with original receipt or gift receipt to Woodend General within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original condition with all packaging and / or tags attached.
Christmas present exchanges: Please note during the Christmas period we extend our returns policy. Anything bought from November 1st up until Christmas Eve 24th December will be eligible for an exchange up until 31st January the following year. Goods must be received in-store by 31st January to be eligible.
