Yes! We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150 Australia wide and $200 to NZ (excludes some larger items).

In addition to this we offer a few different shipping rates via Australia Post as per below.

Standard Shipping flat rate $12.00
Express Shipping flat rate $20.00
Bulky Shipping rate: $25.00 - Please note some larger items which are expensive to post are charged at a flat rate of $25 for standard post. These are exempt from free shipping over $150 and the $20 express post rate. These will be labeled as such on the product page

Pick up only - some items are too large for us to post and these are labeled as 'Pick up only'. These items will only show as pick up in the cart. 

New Zealand
Standard Shipping flat rate $25.00
Free Shipping on orders over $200 NZ wide (excludes some larger items).

Pick Up at our Woodend Store
You can collect your order in store – please select ‘pick up’ at the checkout and we will email you once your order is ready to collect. Orders can be collected from our Woodend store at 84-88 High Street, Woodend during opening hours. 

If you would like a shipping quote for a Pick Up online item please email us at hello@woodendgeneral.com.au or call us on 03 5427 1695 and we can provide you with a quote via Aus Post.

International shipping
If you live overseas please email us at hello@woodendgeneral.com.au and we can certainly assist you by providing a shipping quote based on the items you wish to purchase. 

We always endeavour to pack and send your orders on the same day of an order being placed, however, sometimes this may be delayed.

We are a small family run team who are so grateful for your order and we are doing our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!

We offer exchanges on full price items within 14 days of original purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Items can be exchanged and a store credit will be given. Where an item is found to be faulty a full refund will be given. 

Items must be returned with original receipt or gift receipt to Woodend General within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original condition with all packaging and / or tags attached.

Online orders: If you would like to exchange an item purchased online, please contact us immediately via email at hello@woodendgeneral.com.au or call the store on 03 5427 1695 to arrange the exchange.

Items must be returned to our Woodend store within 14 days of original purchase and be in their original condition with all packaging and / or tags attached.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we are so sorry! 
Please contact us and we will arrange an immediate replacement.

Ultimately we want you to be happy with your purchase, if this is not the case for whatever reason please call the store on 03 5427 1695 or email us at hello@woodendgeneral.com.au and we will do our best to fix the situation as soon as possible. 

Sale Purchases:
All sale purchases made are final and cannot be exchanged except where an item is found to be faulty.

Christmas present exchanges: Please note during the Christmas period we extend our returns policy. Anything bought from November 1st up until Christmas Eve 24th December will be eligible for an exchange up until 31st January the following year. Goods must be received in-store by 31st January to be eligible.

• Reward points will expire after 1 year of inactivity on your account. Simply shop with us to earn points or redeem in that time frame and the points will reset for another 12 months.
• When you return or exchange products where rewards points were used to purchase, those points will also be returned accordingly.
